When you book with Fazezone we collect only what we need to run your appointment: your name, email address, phone number, any notes you choose to leave, and your booking details.

We use this information to confirm your booking, send appointment reminders, and contact you if anything changes. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Emails are sent through our email provider solely for the messages described above.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our only analytics is an anonymous, first-party count of how often each service is viewed, which contains no personal data.

Your booking data is kept so we can manage your appointment history and meet our accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us via the details on the booking page.
