Bookings & payments
All appointments are booked through this website. Depending on the service, payment is taken in full at booking or as a deposit with the balance due at your appointment. Deposits secure your time slot. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Cancellations & rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Within 72 hours of the appointment, changes can no longer be made online — please contact us directly.
Deposits and online payments are non-refundable on cancellation; they may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment made within the allowed window.
Lateness & no-shows
Please arrive on time. If you are significantly late we may have to shorten or cancel your appointment so the next client isn't affected; in that case the booking is treated as a late cancellation. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) forfeit any deposit paid.
Patch tests & your health
A free patch test is required 24–48 hours before your first lash or tint appointment with us. We may be unable to carry out a treatment if a required patch test hasn't been done, if you have an eye infection or irritation, or if a condition makes treatment unsafe — this protects you. Please tell us about allergies or sensitivities in the booking notes.
Aftercare & infills
Aftercare guidance is provided at your appointment. Infill appointments require at least 40% of extensions remaining; otherwise a full set will be needed and charged accordingly. Please never remove extensions yourself — book a professional removal. 3 weeks to rebook infills. Infills after 3 weeks is categorised under new sets and full price is required. Lashes not done by Fazezone will not be filled but can only be removed to book a new full sets session.
